Privacy Policy

GlowUp

Last updated: June 7, 2026

KokomaSoft ("Company") values the privacy of GlowUp ("App") users and complies with applicable laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.

1. Information Processed

GlowUp is a photo-based style report app that can be used without creating an account. The app may process photos you take or select, compressed image data needed to create a report, country and language settings, style goals, generated Glow report results, local preview images, history, and app preferences.

2. How Information Is Used

Information is used to create photo-based style reports, provide photo mood, styling harmony, grooming, outfit, and photo tips, display results, generate share images, save local history, and respond to user inquiries.

3. Remote Photo Analysis

When you request a report, the app compresses the photo to an appropriate size to reduce network and processing cost, then sends it to a Cloudflare Worker. The Worker may forward the analysis request to OpenAI or a compatible multimodal model provider. API keys are not included in the app and are managed as server-side secrets.

4. Original Photos and Local Storage

GlowUp does not keep original full-resolution photos as report copies. Reports and local preview images may be stored on your device. Deleting a report from history also removes its local preview image. Local data is deleted when you clear app data in Android settings or uninstall the app.

5. Third-Party Services

Cloudflare Worker and an external multimodal model provider may process image data and request context to provide remote analysis. GlowUp currently does not include advertising SDKs, external analytics SDKs, or account authentication services in the app code.

6. Face, Biometric Data, and Sensitive Attributes

GlowUp is not a service for identifying faces or creating or storing biometric identifiers. Reports are reference coaching about photo impression, style harmony, lighting, background, pose, outfit, hair, and grooming, and are not designed to infer sensitive attributes such as race, ethnicity, health condition, or exact age.

7. Security, Children, and Changes

When remote analysis is used, network transmission uses HTTPS. GlowUp is not directed to children, and photos of minors should be used only with guardian consent and guidance. This policy will be updated if app features, data handling, or external service usage changes.
