CheckMe
Last updated: June 9, 2026
KokomaSoft ("Company") values the privacy of CheckMe ("App") users and complies with applicable laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
1. Information Processed
CheckMe is a camera-based AI vibe check app. The app may process photos you take or select, optimized and compressed image data needed for analysis, check type, generated scores, vibe labels, evidence, tips, share captions, local history, share card images, app preferences, notification settings, and ad preferences.
2. How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide photo-based condition, style, and mood feedback, show capture guidance and result screens, generate share cards, provide history and reports, maintain notifications and app settings, display ads, improve service stability, and respond to user inquiries.
3. Photo Analysis and Remote AI Processing
When you request analysis, the app resizes and compresses the photo to an appropriate size and, where possible, removes metadata to reduce network and AI processing cost before sending it to a Cloudflare Worker. The Worker may forward the analysis request to OpenAI or a compatible multimodal model provider. API keys are not included in the app and are managed as server-side secrets.
4. Local Storage and Deletion
Check history, reports, preferences, and share preview images may be stored on your device. You can delete records in the app. Local data is deleted when you clear app data in Android settings or uninstall the app. CheckMe is not designed to store original full-resolution photos on its servers.
5. Ads, Analytics, and Third-Party Services
CheckMe may use Cloudflare Worker and an external multimodal model provider for remote analysis. Firebase services may be used for stability, remote configuration, and usage analytics. Google Mobile Ads SDK, AdMob, and Google UMP consent management may process advertising identifiers, device information, ad impressions, and ad interaction information to display ads.
6. Face, Biometric Data, and Sensitive Attributes
CheckMe is not a service for identifying users or creating or storing biometric identifiers. Results are reference feedback based on visible lighting, framing, expression signals, and style impression in the photo, and are not designed to determine race, ethnicity, health condition, exact age, attractiveness, or medical status.
7. Security, Children, and Changes
When remote analysis is used, network transmission uses HTTPS. CheckMe is not directed to children, and photos of minors should be used only with guardian consent and guidance. This policy will be updated if app features, data handling, or external service usage changes.
